FASTLANE started business in 1998. The Company realized that in today’s competitive business climate, it needed an advantage to make a difference against the competition. That advantage is one based on trust and reliability.

The Company saw an opportunity in the automotive industry. It convinced the two leading national car distributors, EON and PERODUA to start the auto emergency services for their new car buyers. In  the past, car owners have to arrange for their own towing services which created opportunities for unscrupulous tow truck operators to fleece the helpless motorists.

Today, we have registered more than 1 million members over the years of our operation and been called to serve more than 30,000 emergencies to date. Our valued clients have expanded to more established companies which care for their customers in large numbers.

In 2008, we started to look at services beyond the automobile owner and industry. We looked at problems faced by motorists and travelers outside the cars they drive. Problems such as loss of purchases bought from merchants after a car break-in, or cash from handbags snatched by thieves. All these risks have been taken into consideration in our expansion of services to the motorists. Even assistance at the police station to lodge of report has been noted.
