FASTLANE
believes that this is one of the most telling
aphorisms the Company subscribes to. The
managers are leaders in the organization. Each
one is committed to serve – both their staff and
the greater reason for the organization. They
all wind up generating esprit de corps
– solving emergency problems together as a
team. Everyone is expected to perform myriad
other tasks beside their usual duties. It is not
uncommon to see the director answering a
distress call or a senior operation manager at
the breakdown scene to offer assistance to the
distressed motorist.
So, those lead best who served most. The
managers are committed to making decisions that
best serve the long-term interests of the staff,
the organisation, customers, and the other
constituencies to which we are a accountable to
– corporate clients and members.
